11/11/2018 - Roadway Changes: One Way Street to Re-open to Two Way Traffic and 4-Way Stop Added at Intersection
On Oct. 22, 2018, the City Council approved a recommendation from the Citizens’ Traffic Advisory Commission to reopen S. Washington Ave. between E. 4th Street and E. 5th Street to 2-way traffic and to install a 4-way stop at the intersection of E. 5th St. and S. Washington Ave.  To assist in transitioning this location from its present configuration, the Street Department will post signs on Oct. 30, 2018 to inform those passing through the intersection of the upcoming changes. The one-way traffic signs will be removed and the stop signs installed on the morning of Nov. 11, 2018. Please see link below for more information.
