The City of Sedalia has activated the EMERGENCY SNOW ROUTES beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2019 as the National Weather Service has reported the potential for steadily falling temperatures with rain beginning late Friday afternoon, changing over to snow with accumulations from 1-3 inches overnight. Please click here to view the January 18, 2019 public service announcement issued by the City of Sedalia.

Drivers who routinely park on streets designated as Emergency Snow Routes will need to move their vehicles to other locations as snow is expected to accumulate during nighttime hours. City crews will be working overnight Friday to ensure Emergency Snow Routes remain open. Cars remaining parked on emergency snow routes may be towed or plowed in as crews work to keep these roadways open for emergency vehicles.

(Sedalia, Missouri): Portions of W. 24th Street and W. 32nd Street will be closed  for sewer cleaning and CCTV inspections on the following dates and times, weather permitting. These areas will be closed to through traffic during scheduled maintenance.

Wednesday, July 24, 2013 from 6:00 a.m. to noon: W. 24th Street between S. Grand and S. Kentucky
